Project Sanctuary is an Altai Republic self-sustaining, multi-generational, organic think thank that is a cooperative community of like-minded, freedom-loving individuals whose daily work consists of activities that make the world safe for multipolarism, ethics, values, and human and Earth dignity.  Project Sanctuary will house an International Village of residents who will engage in research in French, English, Chinese and activities that promote critical analyses of the world around us and its improvement.

Why Project Sanctuary Now?

A devastatingly effective hybrid war is being waged for unipolarism by the enemies of multipolarism. The effectiveness of their effort is shocking—especially among young adults in the Third World. The West’s message is layered in not just almost all of the global news outlets, but also by way of cultural icons engaged in frivolous distractions, in local and international sports leagues, whereas the multipolar message is basically confined to intellectual circles already dominated by extreme pro-unipolar messaging. In other words, global culture is unipolar and pro-unipolarism. By its very existence as elaborated, especially with emphasis on the successful multi-language International Village with our streaming radio station with global reach, Project Sanctuary proposes to popularize—by showing and by doing—the cultural aspect of an effective multipolarism message.

Arnaud Develay
ARNAUD DEVELAY est un juriste spécialisé en droit international pénal. Il a commencé sa carrière en 2005 sous le mentorat de l’ancien Ministre de la Justice des Etats-Unis, RAMSEY CLARK assurant la représentation devant le tribunal d’occupation de l’ancien président Irakien SADDAM HUSSEIN et de ses compagnons. Il a en suite participé à la défense d’ILITCH RAMIREZ SANCHEZ, conseillé certaines figures du Mouvement des GILETS JAUNES, avant de résider deux ans en République Arabe Syrienne rendant compte des effets délétères du régime de sanctions imposé sur ce pays à la suite de la publication du soi-disant “rapport” CESAR aux Etats-Unis et l’insertion d’une provision à cet effet dans le National Defense Authorization Act de 2020. 

DEVELAY a rejoint la Fédération de Russie à l’initiative de la Commission Electorale afin de remplir une mission d’observation des referenda organisés dans les Nouvelles Régions en septembre 2022. Il a poursuivi ces activités lors des scrutins de septembre 2023 et mars 2024.

DEVELAY est également un contributeur régulier pour le magazine Russe Persona Strani ainsi que pour 21st Century Wire, Strategika, Covert Action Magazine. Il a participé à divers émissions radio suivantes: the Mother of All Talk Shows, TNT Radio, Sunday Wire, Live on the Fly, Syriana Analysis, Brochu en Direct, etc.

Cynthia McKinney, Ph.D.
Cynthia McKinney is an international peace and human rights activist, noted for her inconvenient truth-telling about the U.S. war machine.  She was held for seven days in an Israeli prison after attempting to enter Gaza by sea and traveled to Libya during U.S. bombing and witnessed the crimes against humanity committed against that country’s people.  In addition to Libya, she has traveled to Cuba, Syria, Russia, Iran, Pakistan, and as she puts it: “Wherever U.S. Bombs are dropping or U.S. sanctions are biting.”  She is the author or editor of four Clarity Press books:  she has written one book Ain’t Nothing Like Freedom and edited The Illegal War On Libya and the 2018 book, How the U.S. Creates Sh*thole Countries.  She was in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) researching U.S. and Western allegations that Chinese Muslims were being subjected to genocide at the time of the discovery of SARS-CoV-2.  After just barely exiting China before it and the world “locked down,” Cynthia shifted the focus of her next book from Muslims in China to the viral phenomenon gripping the world.  This resulted in the first book published on the political economy of the coronavirus:  WHEN CHINA SNEEZES, From the Coronavirus Lockdown to the Global Politico-Economic Crisis.  McKinney holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California, an M.A.L.D. from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a Ph.D. from Antioch University.  Cynthia McKinney is a former U.S. Congresswoman and Green Party nominee for President of the United States and is an Assistant Professor at a leading South Asian University.
